What Foreman is

Foreman is an independent product that connects to your own Upwork account through Upwork’s official Model Context Protocol server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Upwork Global Inc. "Upwork" is their trademark and is used here only to describe what Foreman works with.

Foreman helps you find work, draft proposals and messages, track a pipeline, and hire. It does not perform work on your behalf, and it does not submit anything to Upwork without you confirming it there.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping that account secure, and for everything done through your Foreman workspaces.

You must be old enough to hold an Upwork account in your jurisdiction, and you must comply with Upwork’s own terms of service while using Foreman. Nothing here overrides your agreement with Upwork.

What you must not do

Do not use Foreman to submit proposals or messages you have not read. Do not share one Upwork account across multiple people to evade Upwork’s rules. Do not attempt to circumvent Foreman’s review, approval or confirmation steps, or its duplicate detection.

Do not resell access to Foreman, or use it to build a competing service against Upwork’s API terms.

Drafts and what you send

Foreman produces drafts. You review, edit and send them. You are responsible for the accuracy of every claim in anything you send, including anything a model wrote.

Foreman may refuse to stage a draft that duplicates something you or a teammate already sent. That is a feature and it cannot be disabled.

Payment

Paid plans are billed through Freemius, who act as the merchant of record and handle tax. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the period you paid for.

Credits included with a plan reset monthly and do not roll over. Purchased credits expire twelve months after purchase. Refunds are handled case by case within fourteen days of a charge.

Availability

Foreman depends on Upwork’s MCP server, which Upwork controls and may change or withdraw. If a capability disappears, the feature that used it is disabled and the rest of Foreman keeps working. Foreman is provided as is, without warranty.

Foreman’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before a claim.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion revokes Foreman’s Upwork access first, then removes your data after a seven-day grace period.

Foreman may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be emailed to account owners at least fourteen days before they take effect.
