The cross-profile duplicate guard
Before anything can be staged, Foreman compares the draft to the last two hundred sent from every profile in the workspace. Too close to a teammate’s and Send stays disabled, naming the profile it clashes with.
Caps that keep a busy day looking human
A per-profile daily send cap and a minimum review time, both enforced on the server. A BDM cannot rush past them, and you can see the average review time per person.
